The Most Delightful Stay at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas

Arriving at Elounda Beach Hotel was an experience in itself. We were blown away by the majestic views of the two private sandy beaches and the greenery surrounding the different bungalows and waterfront villas of the hotel.

We stayed in a superb Ambassador Bungalow Suite Waterfront. The Bungalow was right on the water’s edge, offering direct access to the sea through a private platform, a popular choice for honeymooners or for those looking for extra privacy. The master bedroom offered fantastic views of the sea whereas the separate living room can also be turned into a second bedroom if families opt for this room type.

There are many additional accommodation options available at Elounda Beach. Ranging from deluxe and family suites, to sharing pool rooms, new bungalows and multi-bedroom villas with private heated pools, the hotel caters to couples and families alike on different budgets.

To say that dining at Elounda Beach cannot disappoint is an understatement. From the endless selection of delicacies at Artemis breakfast restaurant to the popular Kafenion taverna, we were spoilt with a plethora of delicious courses. For dinner, we recommend a visit to the Blue Lagoon Japanese & Peruvian restaurant offering dishes such as shrimps tempura, fish ceviche and the incredible Iberico pork. A visit to Dionysos fine dining restaurant is also not to be missed with signature dishes such as the sea bass beetroot risotto. Dionysos offers live music which made the whole dining experience even more special.

During our stay, we paid a visit to the ultra modern penthouse Chenot Spa, which offers panoramic views of the whole of Mirabello Bay and we were also treated to a visit to Spinalonga island, promptly organised by the hotel’s concierge team.

Apart from the wonderful facilities, it is clear that guests keep coming back to Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas because of the outstanding service which has been maintained to a very high level over the years.
