Early autumn brings a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, fewer crowds and excellent value, making it an ideal time for guests to experience one of Crete's most celebrated beachfront resorts. With the sea at its warmest after the summer months and sunshine continuing well into the season, it's the perfect opportunity for British travellers to swap cooler temperatures for the warmth of the Mediterranean.
Guests can unwind on the hotel's two private Blue Flag-awarded sandy beaches, relax beside its beautiful swimming pools or choose from an exceptional collection of accommodation including elegant rooms, spacious suites, bungalows and luxurious villas, with a range of private pool options to suit every budget and style of holiday.
Standout choices include the elegant Deluxe Bungalow Sea View and, new for 2026, the stunning Sea Breeze Bungalow Suite Sea View Private Pool, offering an elevated level of comfort and privacy.
The resort's beautifully maintained gardens, dotted with mature olive trees, colourful flowers and lush Mediterranean planting, have been a hallmark of Elounda Bay Palace for decades. This tranquil setting creates a peaceful retreat where guests can truly relax while enjoying the exceptional service and timeless hospitality for which the hotel is renowned.
Beyond the resort, guests can stroll to the charming village of Elounda to discover authentic tavernas, meet the friendly locals and experience the destination's genuine Cretan character. It's also the perfect base for unforgettable excursions, including a visit to the fascinating island of Spinalonga.
